Executive Summary

The overall project explains how change can be a very useful tool as it has lead major banks to a new success level (rebranding and reshaping). Change is the only permanent thing in life. However, bank stuck to traditional way of banking are likely to lose their market share. The study includes comparison of key strategic moves of HBL, based on publicly disclosed numbers with peer banks. What is done and what can be done will be the area of focus.
