Executive Summary

This report is based upon the entrepreneurship venture of opening an online retail store in Pakistan and Australia. Purpose of this research is to draw feasibility and make a business plan of the online retail store from the patterns that are emerging in today's consumer culture. The prime aim of this paper is to understand the current status of the industry and highlight what could be the areas of focus if a new online retail chain for the home linen and apparel has to be established. In order to cover this topic, this paper intends to deal with all the areas of retail management, major areas of market analysis and consumer trends in the market.
