Executive Summary

Purpose of this project is to study the lead time of Atlas Honda's spare parts suppliers, analyze the activity and recommend measures to improve the situation to facilitate the customer better. The scope of this study id to study, analyze and make recommendations for improvements in lead time in marketing, operation and warehouse areas. Methodology: A comprehensive primary research was held by involving all the stakeholders (dealers, marketing team & operations). The questionnaire was developed and discussed with the assigned faculty member & were filled across the country at all the region with decided sampling plan.
