The motivation of Sales force is crucial for the success of any organization as they mainly contribute to generating revenues and improved sales. The objective of this research is to identify the motivation factors considered important by Sales force in Engro Foods Limited. The motivating factors were compiled from the existing literature and focus group. Data regarding the importance of motivational factors were collected through a structured questionnaire email to 255 employees of the dairy segment sales force. The findings of the research suggest that financial incentives and benefits are the most important factors for the motivation of Sales force.
