Leaders' values, actions, and the development of their teams need to visibly reinforce the culture of the organization. Through the example they set, leaders shape the culture in their words and actions every day. These actions then gain momentum through structures and policies to shape how employees operate & to keep them engaged is of the utmost importance for their employees. Train them to enhance their skills & handholding of each employee to make your brand more visible by word of mouth. Every employer brand is your organization's reputation as an employer. As per today’s market competition, Office staff should also get an incentive-based bonus link the amount of the payment to the level of performance. The effect can create retention for the office-based employees & create the culture of performance same as an in-retail outlet. In today’s market, the reward strategy is to be attractive enough which will attract, retain and motivate high-quality people to the organization and support the achievement of business goals and provide fair and equitable pay for employees in the organization.
