Recruitment and Service Rules for Ministerial Staff were approved by the Syndicate on 15-1-1972.

• Ministerial Staff means all the employees belonging to Class 111 and Class IV.
• Ministerial Staff is the whole-time employee of the University whose salary is charged to the University budget and shall not include any person appointed on daily wages.
