Abstract / Description

The dramatic play focuses on the tensions and power dynamics between a number of student leaders at the saeed School of Business (SSB). Readers will alternately fal under the spell of the shrewd and virtuous Blak Vizier, Salal Zahid, and the tough yet noble White King, Raza Shah. Towering above the others is the figure of the Black King, Umar Kapadia, the powerful founder and head of the SSB student political party Jazba, who is a s magnificent as he is Machiavellian. Yet inspie of his considerable power, Kapadia eventually realizes that even the most successful of men are at the mercy of a force that is far greater than politics - fate.
